Sam and Freddie were best mates for life, and then Freddie died. Death hasn’t slowed Freddie down much though. He’s still a lazy bum that drinks all of Sam’s beer. The only difference is now he’s a ghost. Death seems to have been quiet the motivator for Freddie as he is now convinced
that he’s been returned to earth with unfinished business: to win the heart of Sam’s childhood friend Pippa.

To achieve their goal, Sam and Freddie contrive a scheme for Pippa to move into Freddie’s old room, but things take a grim turn when she brings along her boyfriend, Mark. Now, three humans and one frustrated ghost are forced to live in the share house from hell and Sam is faced with a choice between
his best mate and the real world.
